CLASS SYSTEMS & POLICIES

Regardless of the English language development course students attend or their current levels of English proficiency, Ms. Shaffield adheres to evidence-based systems and policies for classroom management and instruction that support the acquisition of "English as a second or other language (ESL)" (p. 81).¹
