This website is dedicated to Ms. Shaffield’s system and philosophy of classroom management.
Goals​
The primary objectives of this system of classroom management are as follows:

Create a learning environment in which students are motivated and behavior is managed in a productive way

Detail guidelines for success and the instructor's expectations of classroom participation and group or individual work

Provide instructional strategies and supports for English language learners (ELLs) with diverse learning styles
DESIGN
The featured classroom management system was designed with consideration to the following factors:

An emphasis on the teacher candidate's understanding of evidence-based classroom management techniques

The ability to communicate important classroom information directly to students and their families in English and Spanish
PURPOSE
